Characteristics
- Made entirely in stainless steel AISI 304 (18/10), thickness 1 mm
- Pressed interior tank in AISI 304, with rounded edges and indications of oil level MAX-MIN
- Fryer tank with pressed frontal area to drop off and drain the excess oil in the tank
- With Water & Oil system: do not mix flavors of different products, oil lasts longer
- Removable power head for easy cleaning
- Adjustable thermostat up to 200°C / 20A
- Safety thermostat with manual resetting up to 230°C / 20A
- Stainless steel armoured heating elements
- Basket fixing system to drain the oil in the tank
- Built-in tap to drain the oil
- Manual basket lifting system designed to heat only necessary oil volume for frying
- Basket reinforced with mesh and rod in stainless steel AISI 304 (18/10)
- Waste filter in the bottom of the tank
- With removable drain container in the bottom of the fryer (models 20, 20+20, 30, 30+30)
- Adjustable non skid feet
