- Safety thermostat with manual resetting up to 230°C / 20A
- Stainless steel armoured heating elements
- Power head with fixed system to drain oil from the basket
- Basket reinforced with mesh and rod in stainless steel AISI 304 (18/10)
- Non skid feet
- Model FA10: with tap to drain the oil. Bottom of the tank is inclined to evacuate completely the oil
