Movilfrit has provided hostelry with all of its technical capacity to offer these apparatuses.

The charcoal ovens and barbecues are ideal for restaurants that want to offer the fl avour of true charcoal, without any problems of smoke and at high temperatures. They even offer an additional show element, for their features mean that many of our users place them facing the diners.

They work with vegetable or coconut charcoal. They have a grill elevator system that allows greater control of the grilling intensity at all times. They do not need any kind of special installation, the flame arrester is built-in. Just install a 15 cm diameter smoke outlet.

They are easy-to-handle (even the large models), thanks to the nylon wheels. Built-in insulation, allowing consumption savings and avoiding the bothersome heat produced by the site of installation or the operation of the oven.

Our machines work with the work volume and a single load of charcoal, the maximum recommended load in the hopper being 4 to 5 Kg. Our charcoal ovens also have large vitro glass doors to be able to watch the food at all times.
